Muscle + Bone NYC provides online pain correction and exercise programming services. All programs are delivered remotely via Zoom and pre-recorded digital sessions. Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are advised to consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
