All Sales Final

All purchases made through Muscle + Bone NYC Shop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products or services, including resistance bands, apparel, digital subscriptions, recorded sessions, or live group classes.

Why We Have This Policy

Our digital products and session content are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. Physical products including resistance bands and apparel are inspected and fulfilled with care before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tony@mbnyc.fitness with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused portions of any subscription period.
