Processing Time
All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Muscle + Bone NYC Shop ships within the United States and select international destinations.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country upon delivery. Muscle + Bone NYC Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Muscle + Bone NYC Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tony@mbnyc.fitness with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
